Weekend Receptionist

Hours: Saturday, 8:30am–6pm - Sunday, 9:30am–5pm

Expected hours: 16 per week.

Description

As a Weekend Host, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional, professional customer experience to our customers whilst they are at our site. This begins with greeting the customer and collecting the required details to ensure that they receive the service we seek to provide. This role predominantly involves providing refreshments for our customers such as tea, coffee, and milkshakes in our in‑house coffee bar.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on site.
• Capture and input customer details onto our Customer Record System.
• Effectively control the allocation of customers to our team of Sales Executives to minimise waiting times.
• Provide refreshments for visiting customers.
