Job Description
Devon County Council is looking for part-time Support Workers to provide bespoke support for individuals with autism and learning difficulties in Exeter and Exmouth. You will be a crucial part of a dedicated team, delivering 1:1 support and promoting independence for each client.
We offer competitive pay rates at £13.38 per hour for weekend support, extensive training, a company pension, and additional benefits such as a guaranteed annual pay rise and a generous Christmas bonus. Join us in making a difference!
All successful candidates will enjoy 5.6 weeks of pro-rata annual leave and flexibility with a fixed 4-week rolling rota.
