We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Co-ordinator to create seamless and unforgettable wedding experiences.

Responsibilities:

-Consult with clients to understand vision, preferences & budget

-Plan and oversee weddings from concept to completion

-Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff

-Develop timelines, floor plans & event schedules

-Manage décor, set-up and on-the-day coordination

-Ensure exceptional client satisfaction

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Wedding Co-ordinator/Event Planner

-Strong organisational and negotiation skills

-Professional presentation and customer service excellence

-Ability to work flexible hours (weekends & public holidays)

-Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
