The Marketing AI Administrator is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company’s AI chatbot platform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot is accurate, compliant, and continuously improving , while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales, customer support.
