🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using WebMethods (Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS, Designer, Adapters, etc.)
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate integration requirements
- Mentor and guide a team of WebMethods developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues
