Position Summary
Will provide program processes and oversight for permit coordination, review, tracking and compliance monitoring., Site visits of proposed projects, final inspections and closeout, attendance at pre-construction meetings.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Webber Permit Processing Program.
Field inspections of utility, access, special use, drainage, house moving, road closure and landscaping permits during and after the construction to determine whether work is being performed in compliance with contract plans and specifications. .
Act as a representative in providing information to FDOT regarding policy concerning permits when requested. Coordinate and handle problems that may occur between Permittee, the public, utility companies and FDOT.
