**Job Title: Hand Weaver – Production and Assembly**

**Job Description**

This temp-to-permanent role focuses on general production and assembly of precision products used in the aerospace and defense industry. You will work in a collaborative, social environment performing detailed, repetitive tasks while standing for most of your shift. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written and verbal work instructions, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general production and mechanical assembly tasks to create components and preforms used in the aerospace and defense industry.
+ Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all products.
+ Work in small teams of 2–3 people within a larger group of up to 80 employees to complete daily production goals.
