Description We are looking for an Operations Processor to support wealth operations activities for a Long-term Contract position based in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role focuses on managing account-related transactions, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure client accounts are established and serviced accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to work across teams while maintaining compliance with firm and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the setup of new investment accounts across custodial and recordkeeping systems, ensuring each request is handled efficiently and correctly.
• Examine account forms and supporting documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with operational requirements.
