Wealth Management Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager (RM) serves as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for a select group of high-value financial advisors. This role delivers proactive, high-touch support, owns complex service and operational inquiries end-to-end, and ensures a seamless advisor experience.

**You will**

+ Build and maintain strong advisor relationships through proactive outreach
+ Own escalations from initiation to resolution
+ Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Technology, etc.)
+ Provide expertise on broker-dealer and advisory operations
+ Identify trends and suggest process improvements
+ Deliver clear, structured communication and follow-through

**Required Qualifications**

+ 3+ years of client service or relationship management experience
