Program Overview

Structured 12‑month program with comprehensive training on both investment and insurance. Mentoring and guidance from industry experts, nurturing your professional growth. Provides the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a Personal Banker and progress towards a future Priority Banking Relationship Manager. At the end of the program, you will be deployed as a Personal Banker (covering mass market clients).

Qualifications

• Degree in any related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 and above.
• Diploma holders with less than 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Passion to succeed in a Wealth Advisory and Client Relationship Management career.
• Strong relationship management skills and problem‑solving abilities.
