- Deliver post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, maintenance, and repair of company and third-party products and services.
- Ensure all products and services function properly.
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may positively impact performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and guidance.
- Propose improvements to processes.
- May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others, but is not a supervisor.
- Work autonomously within established procedures and practices.
- Spend the majority of working time performing the same work processes and activities as other team members.
