Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Operations Engineering Manager (PCBA, NPI and Wave Soldering) located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Reporting to the Director, Operations , the Operations Engineering Manager (PCBA, NPI and Wave Soldering) role involves being responsible for the set-up and operation of a wave solder machine for soldering within the process.
Adjusts the speed, temperature and makes other adjustments to accommodate varying types and sizes of products.
What a typical day looks like: Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices....
