Waterfront Supervisor

**Job Description**
BAE Systems Maritime Solutions San Diego is seeking a Waterfront Supervisor for its 17,500-ton floating steel dry-dock Pride of San Diego (POSD), 55,000-ton floating steel dry-dock Pride of California (POCA) and all Waterfront structures.
Candidates **must** be able to work unsupervised on a daily basis trouble shooting and repairing mechanical, piping and electrical systems, utility services on land and pier/under pier, temp services and telcom to all Navy vessels, share weekend watch responsibilities.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

**Education:**

+ Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

**Qualifications:**

+ In-depth knowledge in all facets of trades relating to dry dock operation or ship repair.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and utilization of production processes, methods, quality and technology.
