Independent Member Position

Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking to appoint an Independent Member to its Water and Waste Services (WWS) Advisory Committee. 

The WWS Advisory Committee is responsible for the good governance and successful performance of the Council’s Water and Waste businesses. 

The role of an independent member is to support the Directorate and Council through strategy and policy development, and the monitoring and reporting on operational compliance, risk management and business unit performance.
