Within our Facilities Management division, the Southeast Core team plays a crucial role in the day‑to‑day delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems on our client’s sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled flushing of infrequently used water outlets, including taps, showers, and other water fixtures.
• Follow site‑specific Legionella control procedures and flushing schedules.
• Record all flushing activities accurately using logbooks, compliance software, or electronic records (CAFM system).
• Measure and record water temperatures where required.
• Identify and report any defects, leaks, poor water flow, unusual temperatures, or other concerns affecting water hygiene.
