Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, and water system disinfection in line with ACOP L8 and company procedures
• Conduct water sampling, temperature monitoring, and chemical testing across multiple properties, accurately recording results
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant water logbooks and documentation in line with guidelines and company policy
• Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and undertake minor plumbing tasks as required
