Water Resources Engineer

We are looking for a Bilingual Water Resources Engineer English C1 with strong technical expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling, engineering design, and project planning. This role supports key civil and environmental engineering initiatives related to stormwater, wastewater, and flood risk. The ideal candidate is skilled in analysis, modeling software, and fieldwork, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Design and Construction Support
Process and analyze survey data to support design activities.
Perform hydraulic calculations and contribute to technical design.
Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates.
Support H&H modeling tasks using tools such as ArcGIS, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS.
Planning, Studies, Modeling, and Technical Reporting
Assist in the development of water resources and wastewater system planning projects.
