Beyond your technical capability, you’ll act as a trusted mentor within the Water Regulation team, supporting and coaching colleagues to build capability and consistency across the function. You’ll help ensure WaterNSW delivers accurate, timely and consistent assessment and approval services, all while maintaining strict compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
