Water Quality Technician – Full Time – Salary £26,914 per annum

Our Water Quality Technicians collect water samples in the field to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, supporting safe drinking water for our customers and the community.

What you'll be doing:

• Undertake sampling duties from source to tap to meet regulatory, operational monitoring and customer service requirements
• Comply with the company’s Health, Safety & Security policies
• Plan and deliver sampling, monitoring and customer support activities effectively
• Provide sampling support to Water Quality staff
• Comply with and suggest improvements to the company’s Quality Management Systems
• Maintain and improve customer contact to uphold and promote the company image
• Monitor trigger points and report promptly to minimise impact of situations
• Provide monitoring support during events and incidents
