Reports To: General Manager or Owner
As a Restoration Project Manager (RPM), you are responsible for managing reconstruction projects from contract through close-out following property damage events such as water, fire, or mold losses. This role is primarily production-focused. Project scope and pricing are typically prepared by a centralized estimating team. Candidates with estimating experience may support estimating efforts as needed; however, field execution, subcontractor management, margin protection, and job close-out are the core responsibilities of this role. You will spend significant time in the field ensuring jobs are completed correctly, safely, on schedule, and in accordance with Paul Davis standards.
