Summary About the Position: The Anniston Army Depot is located in Anniston, Alabama in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain halfway between Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL just off Interstate 20. The Depot is the largest employer in Calhoun County with approximately 4000 employees. Responsibilities Maintain the facilities for pumping and treating waterborne sewage, and operating the sewer treatment plants. Operate, clean, and maintain pumping and treatment facilities in an Industrial Wastewater and Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plants. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plant equipment and operated industrial and domestic wastewater collection pumping stations.
