TOWN OF KILLINGLY Job Title: Wastewater Superintendent Department: Public Works Employment Status: Full-Time, Non-Union Hours: 40 Hours per Week Open Until Filled: First Screening of Applications April 6, 2026 Salary Range: $122,000 to $147,000 depending on experience Job Summary This position performs administrative, supervisory, and other work as required for managing and maintaining an 8 MGD wastewater treatment facility including 7 wastewater operators, 11 pump stations, and 55 miles of a sanitary collection system. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Engineering, Wastewater, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. Six (6) years' of increasingly responsible experience in the operations of a wastewater treatment facility.
