Help our community get clear, practical support with Tauranga’s waste services. As our Waste Services Customer Advisor, you’ll be a key contact for waste-related questions, helping people understand what they need to do and where to get help. In this role, you’ll use your customer service skills, confidence with systems and practical problem-solving to help keep waste services running smoothly. You’ll also share what you’re hearing from customers to support better processes, contractor performance and waste outcomes for Tauranga.
