Waste Management Process Engineer (ET)

Job Description
The Waste Management Process Engineer (ET) will develop and optimize processes for treating and recovering nuclear facility effluent streams, including filtration, neutralization, and separation systems. This role applies chemical and materials science principles to improve treatment performance, collaborates with operations teams for troubleshooting, and conducts modeling and experimental validation to ensure regulatory compliance and environmental safety. Candidates should have strong expertise in waste processing technologies and proven experience in regulated industries, along with the ability to analyze process data and drive optimization. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering (or related field), a minimum of eight years of experience, and strong organizational and communication skills are required. This is on-site 5 days a week and salary ranges from 90K-130K.
