The Opportunity

The City of Red Deer is currently recruiting for a Waste Management Facility Supervisor to fill a permanent full‑time position. The Waste Management Facility Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Waste Management Facility. This management position is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and maintaining safety standards. This role includes coordinating landfill operations, diversion activities, hydrovac waste processing, contract administration and supervising staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
