Job Description

Essex County Council is seeking a Shovel Driver/Plant Operative to join the team in Chelmsford. You will be responsible for leading mobile plant operations, ensuring compliance with site rules, and conducting pre-use inspections of equipment. 
The ideal candidate will hold a full valid driving licence and have an understanding of waste operations. Previous experience in the waste industry is desirable but full training will be provided. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £29,015 per annum.
