• Responsible for assisting passenger car service providers in the region in handling customer complaints about quality assurance and handling various technical and non-technical issues.


• Responsible for handling pre audit of passenger car claim reports within the region, implementing agent feedback on claim reports, etc.


• Responsible for project control within the region, conducting research and feedback on frontline market data.


• Responsible for providing feedback, following up, and promoting the resolution of special event data within the region.


• Responsible for claims accounting: verifying and organizing accounts payable for distributors, and verifying and organizing accounts receivable for claims from OEMs.


• Regularly inspect and supervise the scrapping of claims.

• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with an engineering background....
