The Warranty & Service Writer is the liaison between the customer and the technicians; communicating directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding equipment service maintenance and repairs. The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer.
