Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The main mission of the warranty engineer is to analyse warranty failures on electronic automotive products and engage correctives actions to solve issues & prevent reoccurrences.

Warranty engineer has the responsibility for providing technical support for warranty problems by utilizing robust product analysis processes, standards, engineering equipment and technical expertise on test bench & in vehicle at customer

Managing customer data from score cards & warranty to identify investigations needed (internally & at customer) to deploy improvements
