Postion: Warranty & Costing Clerk | Branch: Kelston Isuzu Makhanda | Due Date for Applications: 22nd of May

The main purpose of the position (KPi) is:

Key roles and responsibilities

• Capture and process all warranty claims.
• Reconcile the job cards.
• Ensure all work in progress recorded in the WIP Report is valid.
• Storage of warranty job cards in auditable order
• Capturing of services on the warranty system
• Assisting in delivering services to clients
• Reception and directing of calls
• Phoning client after service to determine satisfaction
• Phoning new and current client to generate business
• Sell extended warranties where possible

Qualifications / experience required

• Grade 12
• Technical Knowledge of vehicle parts
• 3-5 years of work experience in the motor industry
