About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and submitting warranty claims accurately and on time
• Ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant with manufacturer requirements
• Verifying claims against manufacturer warranty criteria
• Reconciling warranty payments and addressing outstanding balances
• Managing claim resubmissions where required
