**Job Description**
This role focuses on sorting and separating recyclable materials in a warehouse environment and operating specialized equipment such as a baler and Styrofoam densifier to support efficient recycling processes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Sort and separate various recyclable materials according to established procedures and quality standards.
+ Operate the baler to compact recyclable materials safely and efficiently.
+ Operate the Styrofoam densifier to process Styrofoam and related materials in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
+ Inspect materials for contamination and remove any non-recyclable items before processing.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
