**Job Description**

We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain the smooth operation of the production line by operating equipment, ensuring materials are stocked, and addressing any issues promptly. You will collaborate closely with supervisors, maintenance, and other team members to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency. This position requires staying aware of the production line activities, taking initiative, and maintaining attention to quality and safety.

**This is a long-term permanent opportunity**
