This role supports daily operations in a fast-paced distribution center by accurately picking, packing, and handling inventory using RF scanners, pick tickets, and warehouse management systems. You ensure orders meet quality and accuracy standards, safely move materials throughout the facility using material handling equipment, and maintain clean, organized work areas to keep products flowing efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

+ Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners, pick tickets, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
+ Pack customer orders according to company specifications, ensuring proper product protection, correct labeling, and neat presentation.
+ Meet or exceed established productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
