**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled production operator to join our team in Eldridge, Iowa. This role involves working on the first shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The position requires a strong ability to handle physical tasks and operate a forklift efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a forklift 20%-50% of the day for material handling and inventory management.
+ Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
+ Pack chemicals and label containers accurately.
+ Stage, wrap, and prepare products for shipment, including loading 5-10 trucks daily.
+ Ensure proper rotation of stocked raw materials and maintain inventory records.
+ Adhere strictly to all OSHA, ISO, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
