**What You Will Do:**

+ Build and sustain a continuous improvement culture throughout the Parts Distribution Center (PDC).
+ Train, evaluate, and certify warehouse employees to perform the duties of their respective positions.
+ Develop, coordinate, and deliver warehouse training programs, including Quality, Safety, AS400, equipment operation, and New Hire Orientation.
+ Create and maintain training materials related to warehouse processes, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
