Warehouse Team Manager - Nights - Booker Distribution

Location: Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5UBShift Hours: 38 hrs per week (5 from 7)Salary: Competitive salary with a 20% uplift for night workers

To lead, motivate and manage a team of approximately 35 warehouse operatives across the am shift, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate picking and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role is critical in driving performance, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement.

You will ensure that the receiving, storing, picking and dispatch of Goods in the correct manner to agreed productivity levels and within budgetary constraints.

The working hours for this role are 10pm - 6am with flexibility to cover other shifts on occasions when the business needs. Days will be 5 days from 7 Sun-Thursday or Monday - Friday
