About the role

The job holder will ensure the smooth management of the warehouse operation, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, people KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.
Responsibility for the warehouse day shift with a support and deputy role for Warehouse Logistics Manager as required.
Optimise labour and resources to deliver productivity and cost targets
Ensure accurate, high-quality inbound goods and investigate stock variances
Deliver operational plans (daily/weekly/monthly) to meet customer and business needs
Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
