Warehouse Team Leader

Masstemps are currently recruiting for an experienced warehouse supervisor to join a successfull and expanding warehousing company based in Worcester. 

To efficiently run the onsite operations for the store deliveries and warehouse. This rolerequires a hands-on leader who can manage stock integrity, ensure accurate loading for dispatch, and maintain constant communication with customers and agencies. You will act as the bridge between the warehouse floor and the Contract Manager, ensuring that plans are executed to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Route Planning & Transport Management

• · Route Optimisation: Plan, schedule, and optimise daily delivery and collection routes tomaximise efficiency, fuel economy, and timely service. Use transport management systems(TMS) or planning software where required.
