Role: Warehouse Team Leader -AM Shift
Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Days/Shifts: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (37.5 per week)

As a Warehouse Team Leader you will manage a section of the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, meeting customer KPIs, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. You’ll lead a group of operators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and efficiency.
