Purpose of the Role

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse colleagues within a specific operational area (e.g., picking, packing, goods‑in, replenishment, dispatch). Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Team Leader ensures that daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining high levels of colleague engagement and operational discipline. Fast‑paced warehouse setting with shift‑based work. May involve manual handling and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Occasional need to work additional hours during peak periods.
