**Job Description**

The Team Lead oversees daily warehouse shipping operations in an assigned area and acts as the primary point of leadership in the absence of the Supervisor. This role coordinates a small team in a just-in-time sequencing department focused on inspection and rework of wire harnesses for the automotive industry, ensuring accuracy, compliance with customer-specific requirements, and alignment with corporate policies and quality standards.

**Essential Skills**
