Warehouse Team Lead (Woodbridge, ON)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Outbound Team Lead directly interacts with the shipping team, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with the procedure, communicating goals, safety practices, and providing ongoing guidance and support to the employees as they complete their action plans. They will support the shipping supervisor and manager. All S&S Activewear employees must adhere to and enforce the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$22.66 hourly

Monday - Friday (1:30pm-10pm) Full Time, Non-Exempt

• Monitor Shipping progress and process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Process improvement participation.
• Provide support and guidance in the Shipping process / function.
• Provide leadership to all department employees.
