Alexander Steele are working with an established ambient food manufacturing business in Nottinghamshire who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Lead to join their site operations team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse leadership or supervision within a fast-paced food or FMCG environment, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and people development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Oversee goods in, storage, stock rotation, and dispatch processes in line with site procedures
• Ensure accurate stock control and documentation to maintain full traceability
• Drive high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance throughout the warehouse
