Warehouse Team Lead

Purpose of the job:

Lead, coordinate and organize all warehouse related activities in dedicated area of responsibility within established procedures and practices to ensure that volumes, performance and productivity departmental targets are met while maintaining quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct subordinates and ensure that all relevant procedures, instructions and good warehousing practices are applied in daily work to ensure that daily schedules, product quality and other performance objectives are met.
• Lead, organize and control the work of team employees, motivate and coach them to ensure objectives achievement, good working relations and employee development. Timely inform his / her superior, colleagues about the events during the shift, discuss related problems and agree on action plans thus contribute to uninterrupted operation at required performance level.
