Warehouse Supervisor

Job scope:
Inventory & Stock Control Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and components. Ensure high inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and annual physical audits. Oversee the picking process to confirm all required parts are collected and prepared for production activities. Logistics & Distribution Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and freight forwarders. Verify all incoming goods against Purchase Orders and technical specifications. Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including packing lists and export paperwork where required. Operational Excellence Improve warehouse layout to enhance picking efficiency and material flow. Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse in line with 5S standards. Ensure all warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, racking, and weighing scales, is properly maintained and certified. Multinational corporation 5 days office hours
