- Plan, control, and operate in accordance with KPIs.

- Ensure operations comply with specified processes.

- Plan personnel allocation to appropriately support operational activities.

- Control inventory to maintain sufficient quantities and proper balance in accordance with the accounting system.

- Provide training, review work processes, and conduct courses to enhance employees’ knowledge.

- Regularly inspect, evaluate, and improve buildings, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for use.

- Coordinate with and evaluate service providers such as office supply vendors, security personnel, and pest control services.

- Carry out procurement within the approved budget.

- Improve and develop infrastructure and tools to increase capacity and support higher workloads.

- Maintain accurate warehouse records.

- Measure and evaluate employee performance.

- Monitor pest control activities within the warehouse.
