Warehouse Supervisor

Location: East Singapore

Salary: Up to $3,500 + Shift Allowance + OT

Shift Available: 1345 - 2330 or 2300 - 0845 (Mon to Fri)

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse assistants and forklift operators to achieve daily operational targets.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, picking, packing, put-away, and inventory control activities.
• Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and work quality.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, workplace safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and shipment delays.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provide coaching/training to team members.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
