About the Role

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all day shift warehouse activities.
• Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes.
• Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse (warehouse operative experience is also a plus).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills.
