Ensure inventory integrity through proper transfer between locations and to internal warehouses, promote increased inventory reliability.

Essential Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute GT (Group Technology) Methodology to store components according to their point of use to ensure the percentage of reliability of the inventory assigned by the company.
• Implement fixed locations of components and ensure compliance with the FIFO methodology.
• Develop and implement maximum and minimum controls in warehouses.
• Monitor the internal flow of materials, through transfers between warehouses and closing production orders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain kanban areas in production.
• Monitor the entry and exit of materials with subcontracted suppliers, according to the procedures established by the organization.
